OBJECTIVES

In 2023, Student Leadership University (SLU) partnered with Entertainment Arts to deliver professional AV support across their annual leadership programs. From a focused leadership week each January to five weeks of summer education for high school and college students, SLU needed reliable audio visual services in Central Florida to ensure every session was engaging, clear, and technically seamless.

Our team provided video AV production services, helping SLU create a consistent, high-impact learning experience across multiple venues.

CHALLENGES

• The venues for SLU sessions varied, including rooms with ceiling heights as low as 13'9".

• The team needed a lighting solution that would allow for clean IMAG lighting and impactful LED wall visuals without overwhelming the space or distracting from the teaching moments.

We designed a compact yet effective lighting package that emphasized clarity and stage focus while working within tight ceiling restrictions. Coupled with three LED walls that served as a dynamic visual anchor, and a professional IMAG setup, we delivered a clean and immersive production environment that elevated every session.
