OBJECTIVES
Eastern Acoustic Works (EAW), a global leader in professional loudspeaker systems, partnered with Entertainment Arts for AV production and event support at InfoComm 2025. We designed and executed a custom demo room buildout and exhibition floor booth AV setup, helping EAW showcase their cutting-edge pro audio technology to thousands of industry professionals.
Our team provided end-to-end AV solutions for trade show environments, including lighting, rigging, and sound system design, ensuring EAW’s products were experienced in their best light—both visually and sonically.
CHALLENGES
EAW needed two distinct, high-impact spaces for InfoComm:
A demo room for immersive audio presentations with custom lighting to demo their speakers
A show floor booth with visual appeal and brand impact
Both needed custom structures, seamless integration, and efficient transportation to and from the venue.
SOLUTIONS
Demo Room: Our team designed and built a custom truss structure to support EAW’s audio demo room layout, ensuring stability, safety, and full acoustic functionality. We also provided professional lighting for each demo session to create a clean, focused environment for attendees and presenters alike.
Booth LED Wall: We engineered and constructed the LED wall support structure for their show floor booth, custom to their scenic design.
Logistics: We coordinated and executed all transportation logistics, ensuring both the demo room and booth gear arrived on time, were installed efficiently, and struck without delay post-show.
RESULTS
EAW’s presence at InfoComm was a success, with both the demo room and booth drawing strong engagement and praise from attendees. With a reliable support structure—literally and logistically—EAW was able to focus fully on connecting with clients and demonstrating the power of their systems.
