OBJECTIVES
Since 2019, Entertainment Arts Inc. has proudly supported the League of Christian Schools with professional video production. In addition as of 2023, full event lighting design for their annual National Christian Educators Conference at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. This multi-day event brings together thousands of educators for continued learning, community building, and powerful worship experiences.
With 12 breakout rooms and a large central arena, our team delivered scalable AV production services for conferences, ensuring consistent quality across every space. From vibrant worship sessions to keynote presentations, we helped create an immersive and seamless environment for attendees and organizers alike.

SOLUTIONS
One of the key challenges was balancing learning and worship environments in the same space. For training sessions, the lighting needed to be clear, focused, and distraction-free. For worship, we brought high-energy, creative lighting that supported the emotion and energy of the sessions—without compromising audience safety.
We implemented a strategic crowd wash, keeping exits clearly lit even during high-impact lighting moments.
We utilized 3 Panasonic AG-CX350 cameras for recording, and 180 panels of 2.9MM LED wall for viewing from any seat.
We also designed a recording system that captured main sessions for future use, allowing content to extend beyond the event for additional staff training.
RESULTS
The result was a vibrant, safe, and purposeful event space that transitioned effortlessly between educational and worship experiences. Educators could focus fully on their development, then move into worship with confidence and inspiration. With consistent technical delivery across years, we’ve become a trusted partner in helping this event grow in both size and impact.
