OBJECTIVES
In 2024, the Southern Union Conference partnered with Entertainment Arts Inc. to deliver a full-service audio visual solution for their Pastor’s Conference in Orlando, Florida, welcoming over 2,500 attendees. Our team was tasked with providing flawless video production, crystal-clear audio, and hands-on technical support for presenters throughout multiple teaching sessions.
The setup included two large Image Magnification (IMAG) screens, multi-angle video recording with backup, and a dedicated crew to manage live cues and transitions. We ensured a smooth, professional experience for both speakers and attendees—bringing confidence and clarity to every moment of the event.
CHALLENGES
Create an efficient and double redundant method of recording 3 days of content that would be easily editable for the client.
Create a visually interesting lighting design that accentuated their scenic design, worship sessions, and prayer sessions.
Assist the presenters and resolve their technical issues regarding their presentations.
