OBJECTIVES
From 2021 to 2023, Church at Viera hosted their annual Easter Service at the USSSA Space Coast Complex, drawing over 5,000 attendees each year. As a large-scale outdoor venue, the Space Coast Complex presented unique audiovisual challenges that required expert planning and execution.
Entertainment Arts Inc. provided comprehensive event AV production services for this outdoor worship gathering, including sound reinforcement, LED walls, and wireless microphone systems designed to ensure clear audio and an immersive experience for every attendee across the expansive venue.
CHALLENGES
Ensuring clear and even audio coverage across the entire stadium.
Flawless Radio Frequency (RF) wireless microphones and in-ear monitoring for 12 band members, emcees, and the pastor.
Delivering high-quality visuals for attendees seated far from the main stage.
SOLUTIONS
Entertainment Arts Inc. designed a comprehensive AV plan tailored to the unique demands of an open-air stadium setting. Our approach included:
Deploying a distributed speaker system using d&b audiotechnik Js, Vs, and B22s to ensure balanced, high-fidelity sound across all seating areas.
Utilizing 3 LED video walls strategically positioned to provide clear visuals for every attendee, even those seated furthest from the stage.
Assigning an on-site frequency coordination team to actively monitor the Shure ULXD and PSM1000s and adjust RF settings in real-time, preventing dropouts and interference.
Supplementing the stadium’s broadcast equipment to ensure seamless live streaming for Church at Viera’s online congregation. The console ecosystem comprised of a Yamaha Rivage PM10 for Front-of-House, dLive S7000 for Monitors, and a C3500 for Broadcast.
RESULTS
We delivered seamless, crystal-clear audio to all 5,000 attendees, and flawless RF audio with zero interference allowed for seamless performance. We enhanced visual engagement through high-definition LED walls, allowing every guest to feel connected to the service.
