Florida District United Pentecostal - Youth Church Conference
OBJECTIVES
The Florida District United Pentecostal Holiday Youth Conference is a large-scale youth gathering focused on worship, teaching, and community engagement. After partnering successfully with the Florida District at their campus for their last conference, Entertainment Arts Inc. was brought back to support the 2025 conference.
Originally planned for 600 attendees, the event ultimately welcomed approximately 1,500 participants while remaining within the client’s original budget. Audio clarity and consistency were identified as the top priority, with lighting intended to remain minimal and supportive of the message rather than distracting from it.
CHALLENGES
Attendance Growth: The conference experienced a significant increase from the planned 600 attendees to 1,500, requiring expanded coverage without additional budget allocation.
Audio Priority: Sermon clarity across a large seating area was critical, requiring even coverage and controlled low-frequency energy.
Visual Balance: Lighting needed to complement worship and speaking moments while remaining subtle and intentional.
Budget Discipline: The expanded scope had to be executed within the original financial framework.
SOLUTIONS
Entertainment Arts Inc. deployed a scalable, high-performance audio and visual package tailored to the space and program needs. The audio system included 8 d&b V8 loudspeakers, 4 d&b V12 loudspeakers, 4 d&b JSUBs, and 2 d&b VSUBs. This configuration provided controlled, even coverage across the full seating area, ensuring consistent speech intelligibility and musical impact from front to back.
The lighting rig on stage included 8 ADJ Encore LB15IP bar fixtures, 5 ADJ JOLT FX Bars, and 60 2.9MM LED wall panels. Lighting was programmed to remain understated, using color and texture to accent key moments without drawing focus away from the speakers. The LED wall panels supported visual reinforcement and stage presence while maintaining a clean, modern look.
The system design leveraged proven equipment and prior familiarity with the Florida District’s expectations, allowing the team to scale effectively while maintaining cost control.
RESULTS
Successfully delivered full audio coverage for 1,500 attendees with clear, intelligible sound throughout the room.
Accommodated more than double the expected attendance while remaining within the originally planned budget.
Achieved a balanced production environment where lighting enhanced sermons and worship without distraction.
