OBJECTIVES
Entertainment Arts Inc. was proud to support the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) for a powerful evening of faith, worship, and inspiration at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. The event featured keynote speaker Tim Tebow and live worship led by JWLKRS Worship, drawing a large audience for an unforgettable night of community and ministry.
CHALLENGES
Deliver a concert-grade audio, video, and lighting experience befitting a high-profile speaker and live worship band in a college venue setting, all while loading in and loading out in the same day
Provide a seamless, video infrastructure to capture and display dynamic live content across a large audience
Support a full live band with professional backline and in-ear monitor systems while maintaining clarity for both the house mix and the artists on stage.
SOLUTIONS
Entertainment Arts Inc. deployed a comprehensive, full-service AV and production package tailored to the scale and spirit of the event.
LED Video Wall: A stunning 45-panel LED wall served as the visual centerpiece of the stage, providing bold, high-resolution imagery to reinforce the energy of worship and amplify Tim Tebow's message to every corner of the room.
Camera System: Three Birddog P240 PTZ cameras were deployed for live IMAG capture, giving the production team flexible, high-quality camera angles to bring the audience closer to the stage during both the worship set and keynote address.
Audio: Front-of-house mixing was handled by our Allen & Heath C3500 console, delivering precise, powerful sound reinforcement across the venue with 12 d&b V8s. Eight PSM1000 in-ear monitor systems provided the worship team with professional-grade personal monitoring, keeping every performer locked in and confident throughout the show.
Backline: A full backline package was provided to support JWLKRS Worship, supplying all necessary instrumentation infrastructure so the band could perform at their highest level without compromise.
Lighting: 24 lighting fixtures were rigged and programmed to complement the tone of each moment—from the dynamic, high-energy worship set to the more intimate atmosphere of Tim Tebow's message—creating a visually cohesive experience from start to finish.
RESULTS
The combination of a large-format LED wall, professional audio infrastructure, and thoughtfully designed lighting created an immersive, spiritually engaging environment for every attendee. The production ran flawlessly from soundcheck to final note, allowing Tim Tebow and JWLKRS Worship to focus entirely on their ministry.
