SOLUTIONS
Audio Coverage: Entertainment Arts Inc. designed a comprehensive audio reinforcement system engineered to deliver clear, consistent sound across the entirety of Showalter Field and the surrounding stadium seating using d&b audiotechnik V8s and V12s. Speaker placement and system tuning were carefully optimized to overcome the challenges of open-air acoustics, ensuring every graduate's name, every speaker's word, and every ceremonial moment was heard with clarity regardless of where attendees were seated.
LED Video Walls: Four LED walls were strategically positioned throughout the venue to provide high-resolution visual coverage for all audience sections. Whether seated on the field or up in the stadium, every attendee had a clear, unobstructed view of the stage, the ceremony proceedings, and the live IMAG feed bringing the moment up close.
Mobile Stage & ADA Ramp: A mobile stage was deployed to serve as the ceremonial centerpiece of the graduation, complete with a fully ADA-compliant ramp ensuring accessible, dignified entry for all graduates and speakers.
Local Video & Audio Feeds: To support seamless coordination across the large venue footprint, Entertainment Arts Inc. distributed local video and audio feeds to staff positioned at key locations across the field.
