OBJECTIVES
Entertainment Arts Inc. partnered with MomoCon, one of Atlanta's largest and most beloved anime, gaming, and pop culture conventions, to design and deliver a fully custom large-scale LED video solution for their mainstage programming. With thousands of attendees and a packed schedule of major events, MomoCon needed a production partner capable of building a flexible, powerful video infrastructure that could handle the complexity of a major convention environment without overwhelming their volunteer crew.
CHALLENGES
Design a large-scale 256-panel LED wall solution that integrated seamlessly alongside the convention's existing owned gear.
Build a custom video routing infrastructure flexible enough to send any video signal to any section of the wall on demand, supporting the dynamic and ever-changing programming needs of a multi-day convention.
Ensure the system was intuitive and streamlined enough for volunteer operators to manage confidently

SOLUTIONS
LED Video Wall: Entertainment Arts Inc. designed and built 3 walls with a total of 256-panels, creating a massive, high-resolution visual canvas that served as the centerpiece of MomoCon's mainstage environment and delivered bold, eye-catching visuals to thousands of attendees.
Pixelhue P20 Video Processing: At the heart of the system, we deployed a Pixelhue P20 video processor to power the custom wall and enable fully flexible video routing. This allowed any video feed (live camera or playback content) to be sent to any zone or section of the LED wall instantly, giving the production team complete creative and technical control over the visual experience.
Streamdeck Operator Interface: To bridge the gap between a complex video infrastructure and a volunteer-operated event, we configured a Streamdeck controller as the primary operator interface. With a simple, intuitive button layout, volunteer staff could switch scenes, route feeds, and manage the wall with confidence.
Scalable Flexibility: The system was designed to handle both the routine programming of daytime sessions and the elevated demands of MomoCon's major evening events, seamlessly scaling in complexity as the night required without any changes to the core setup.
RESULTS
The custom 256-panel LED wall and Pixelhue P20 video solution gave MomoCon a production infrastructure that was as powerful as it was practical. Volunteer operators ran the event confidently from a Streamdeck while the underlying system delivered the flexibility and performance needed for one of Atlanta's biggest convention stages.
